Update: Former First Lady, Mrs Mary Fenech Adami, passed away this afternoon.
The Former President and Prime Minister Eddie Fenech Adami, as well as their five children, John, Beppe, Maria. Michael and Luigi were by her side
Mrs Mary Fenech Adami, 77, sustained a heart attack and collapsed last Saturday, while at the wedding reception of the Prime Minister’s son, at the Girgenti Palace.
The funeral will be held this coming Monday, at the Basilica of St Helen, Birkirkara, at 10.am
a great lady has passed away leaving behind a wealth of kindness, a lady who was part of our nations history alongside her husband president emeritus Edward Fenech Adami
may God grant her eternal life on His side where she belongs now, and her soul resrs in peace.

A very good honest lady, who had time for everyone, no matter what colour creed gender. She had a good word for everyone,
Everybody and I mean everybody respected her
She was like a mother figure to all our nation
I am sure she is in heaven enchanting all up there with her lovely smile
