GO has said today that it is still in the process of solving a fault which occurred over the weekend with the system that handles pre-paid top-ups by SMS and online.

The company said that customers may still use recharge vouchers, which are readily available from outlets and shops all over the islands. Calls are not being affected.

In order to minimize the inconvenience to customers, repairs are scheduled to take place overnight.
