The Xaghra Local Council in collaboration with the local company, Care Malta, are organising two information sessions about the correct way of taking care of the elderly within the community.

The subjects that are to be discussed will be dementia symptoms and conditions and taking care of elderly persons or those with special needs.

These sessions will be led by experts in this sector and will be held at the Local Council’s administrative offices in 8th September Avenue on Saturday, the 26th of November and Saturday, the 3rd of December between 9.00am and noon.

Those interested in attending should contact the Xaghra Local Council’s administrative offices by not later than Wednesday, the 23rd of November. There is a nominal fee of €10 for both sessions.
