The Gozo University Group, launches its first newsletter to be published as an online version. The first issue, is for this month, December 2011.
GUG said, the idea of establishing an online newsletter was one prioritiy from the beginning. The reason behind the title ‘iGJoY – The island of Gozo is the Joy of Youth’ is the belief in investment in Gozitain youths. This will then result in a sustainable Gozo and thus a better future can prosper for the generations to come.”
“Through this online newsletter Gozitan youths will have the opportunity to share their opinion, talents and views which is a lacking element in the Gozitan society. Youths, being the stakeholders in Gozo, should be involved in policy making; combining their ideas and creative approaches, we can manage to achieve what is needed for the island of Gozo,” GUG concluded.
