As part of a special offer by Arriva, until the end of December, the first four hours of parking at Floriana Park and Ride will only cost €1. This offer is valid for all cars that use the park and ride between 06.00 am and midnight, any day, and is aimed at encouraging more more and people to visit the Valletta area this festive season.

The Valletta area is extremely popular during this time of the year, both during the day and the evening. Many people visit Malta’s capital city to enjoy their lunches or dinners wih friends or family; as well as to finalise their Christmas shopping, and this offer is Arriva’s way of helping all those people avoid the hassle and stress of looking for parking on these busy days.

From Floriana Park and Ride commuters can then catch connections to not only to Valletta (Kastilja), but also to Mater Dei, Santa Venera, St Luke’s Hospital, Fleur-de-Lys, Hamrun and Blata l-Bajda.

This special offer will run until midnight of the 31st December 2011. Vehicles that park after this time will incur the normal rate. Following the first four hours of parking, normal parking rates will be charged.
