The Victory Philharmonic Society of Xaghra will convene its Annual General Conference next Sunday, the 5th of February 2012 from 9am onwards at the Victory Band Club in Maria Bambina Street, Xaghra.

The agenda will be as follows:

1. Opening Prayer

2. Reading of the Last Conference’s minutes;

3. Reading of the Victory Band and Nativitas Choir’s administrative report by Secretary Mr. Joseph Bajada;

4. Reading of the Victory Band and Nativitas Choir’s financial report by Treasurer Mr. Noel Grima;

5. Reading of Motions, Discussion and vote;

6. Reading of Status amendments, Discussion and vote;

7. Election for the members of the Central Committee for the year 2012.

All members of the Victory Band Club are invited to attend the meeting.
