The Electoral Commission notifies those voters residing in Birgu, L-Isla, Hal Qormi, HaS-sebbua, Is-Siaaiewi, H’Attard, Hal Balzan, BirSebbuaa, Had-Dingli, Floriana, Il-Azira, Ghajnsielem, Hal Gharghur, Il-Hamrun, L-Iklin, Ta’ Kerëem, Hal-Kirkop, Hal-Luqa, Il-Marsa, Marsaxlokk, Il-Mosta, Il-Munxar, In-Nadur, Paola, Il-Qala, Hal Safi, San Ailjan, San Lawrenz, San Pawl il-Bahar, Santa Luëija, Is-Swieqi, Ix-Xaghra, IS-sebbua and IS-Zurrieq, and whose name appears in the Electoral Register published in October 2011 and who have not received their voting document, that they may call personally at their local Police Station to collect their voting document from Wednesday, 22nd February till Saturday, 3rd March, 2012.

Mondays to Fridays: between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m.

Saturdays 25th February and 3 March

and Sunday, 26th February between 8.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.

Every such voter must attend personally to collect his/her voting document and needs to show the identity card.

Every voter should ensure that the voting document is in his possession as nobody will be allowed to vote without it.

Special Voting Documents

The Electoral Commission notifies those voters residing in Birgu, L-Isla, Hal Qormi, HaS-sebbua, Is-Siaaiewi, H’Attard, Hal Balzan, BirSebbuaa, Had-Dingli, Floriana, Il-Azira, Ghajnsielem, Hal Gharghur, Il-Hamrun, L-Iklin, Ta’ Kerëem, Hal-Kirkop, Hal-Luqa, Il-Marsa, Marsaxlokk, Il-Mosta, Il-Munxar, In-Nadur, Paola, Il-Qala, Hal Safi, San Ailjan, San Lawrenz, San Pawl il-Bahar, Santa Luëija, Tas-Sliema, Is-Swieqi, Ix-Xaghra, IS-sebbua u IS-Zurrieq, who, after receipt of their voting document have lost or otherwise damaged or destroyed their document, that they have up to 6.00 p.m. of Wednesday, 7th March, 2012, to call personally at the Electoral Office, St. Elmo Square, Valletta and at the Identity Cards Office, St. Francis Square, Rabat, Gozo, to apply to one of the Electoral Commissioners for a Special Voting Document. Such voters must present their identity card.

Monday to Friday: between 9.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and 3.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday: from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

Wednesday 7th March, 2012 from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. (last day) and 3.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m.
