Gozitan Paul Curmi has been appointed Chairperson of the Gozo Channel Board.
Mr Curmi carries a 35 year experience in the banking industry, occupying different posts mostly dealing with the commercial community in Gozo. He is presently the HSBC Area Director for Gozo.
He has previously occupied the post of Mayor of Munxar for 5 years and is a member of the Gozo Regional Committee of MCESD. He is married to Ruth and has two children, Luca and Mart.
Mr Vince Mifsud retains his post of Deputy Chairman.
Dr Rita Mifsud, Michael Camilleri Kamsky, Carmel Camilleri, Victor Galea Pace, Stephanie Buttigieg, Dr Janine Giglio and Dr Joshua Grech have been appointed as Board members.
Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment Tonio Fenech thanked Mr Vince Mifsud for his role as Acting Chairperson over the past few months.
