This little dog is called Casey and he is the latest arrival at the Gozo SPCA Centre in Victoria. He had spent the last month wandering the streets of Sannat.

The Gozo SPCA spokesperson said that he is “a gentleman (even while wearing a pink harness!) of very small stature and more mature years, probably about 5+ years old, though we are not quite sure. He walks very well on the lead and is friendly with everyone.

Casey has been checked over by the vet, who has given him a clean bill of health. Now the Centre is very keen to find him a ‘forever’ home.”

The past weeks have not been easy for Casey, this little dog now deserves a chance to spend his twilight years in a happy loving home.

If there is anybody who thinks that they can help with a home for Casey or indeed any of the other animals at the Gozo SPCA centre, then please email Betty Berry on info@spca-gozo.org. You can also contact them on 21553769 and 99475199 or visit their website at: http://www.spca-gozo.org/.

A gallery is available which features many of the animals that are currently in need of new homes, which may be viewed by clicking this link. All can either be re-homed straight away, or can be booked for the future if there is a delay for any reason.
