Keltika Concert to be held in Nadur in aid of Puttinu Cares

‘Encounters,’ a concert by Keltika, is being held at the MBC Theatre in Nadur, this coming Saturday, the 12th of May at 7.30pm.
After two successful concerts in Malta on the 16th and 17th March, Keltika are crossing over to Gozo to bring perform another concert featuring Irish and Celtic Music with a lovely choir and orchestra. Songs from the famous show Riverdance, the prestigious group Anuna and Celtic Woman as well as traditional tunes.
As this is taking place over the Mothering Sunday weekend – why not treat your mother/grandmother/?godmother and family to a unique and great night of live music and entertainment while helping a good cause!
The concert is under the musical direction of Michelle K. Paris and is being supported by the Mnarja Philharmonic Society of Nadur.

All proceeds from the concert will go to Puttinu Cares the organisation that helps children and their families who suffer with cancer.
The Puttinu Cares Cancer Support Group offers a holistic approach of care for families who have children suffering from cancer. Set up in 2002 by Dr Victor Calvagna and Rennie Zerafa, Puttinu Cares is a haven of solace for families whose children have been afflicted with cancer.
Currently this organisation is raising funds to build 12 apartments in the UK which will be only minutes away from the Royal Marsden Hospital, a specialist cancer treatment hospital.
This project is expected to cost a total of 3 million euros and is expected to accommodate some 400 Maltese and Gozitan patients for treatment in England each year.
