Last Friday, the Ministry for Gozo organised a meeting for local farmers to get more information on the establishment of a Farmers Market in Gozo.
The meeting included discussions on the formation of a Management Committee for the market.
A spokesperson for the Ministry for Gozo said that the interest shown among the farmers for a market in Gozo had been encouraging.
Let’s hope this project will succeed and seduce !!!
I think it is a step in the right direction to help the local economy and competition for the supermarkets
