The Leader of the Opposition Dr Joseph Muscat said last night at the end of the presentation of the Budget, “that if this was the best that the Government can deliver then we can feel very confident that the Labour Party in Government, will deliver much more and improve upon it.”

Dr Muscat said that the Government could only be in a position to promise, however a Labour Government would deliver. He said that the 2013 Budget was “the final act of the Nationalist Government.”

“Families and businesses can be rest assured that a new Labour Government will provide far better conditions for an improved quality of life,” the Labour Leader said.
