The Electoral Commission notifies those persons who shall be abroad on polling day, Saturday, the 9th of March, 2013, that they may make a declaration on oath before the Electoral Commissioners so that they may cast their vote on Saturday, the 2nd of March, 2013.

This declaration on oath will be made at the Office of the Electoral Commission, Evans Building, St. Elmo Square, Valletta, or at the Identity Cards Office, St. Francis Square, Rabat, Gozo, from Monday, 21st of January 2013, by not later than noon of Friday, the 1st of March, 2013, according to the hours indicated below:

Monday to Friday: from 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.

Saturdays and Sundays: from 8.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.

When the person calls to make the sworn declaration it is important that he/she brings his/her identity card, and that on the day of advanced voting (03/03/2012) he/she must be in possession of the voting document as, without it, no one will be allowed to vote.
