The international annual celebration for Easter is being held at St Joseph Parish Church, Qala, on Saturday, the 16th of March 2013.
This 22nd edition of the ecumenical, socio-cultural event, “Gozo International Celebration – Easter Edition 2013,” marking the theme for this year, ‘Thy Will be Done.’
The celebration will take place between 6.30 and 8.00pm and is a welcoming occasion, promoting interfaith dialogue among all foreign nationals residing in, or visiting Gozo and everyone is warmly invited to attend.
Gozitan artist Valerie Cassar Mejlak will participate throughout the evening and performances will take place by Soprano Dame Ruth Sammut Casingena, Cordia, Magnificat Choir, Frankie Magro and Matthew Tabone (Pianists).
The evening will conclude with a reception at the Bishop Mikiel F. Buttigieg Hall, situated at 28 April 1688 Street in Qala.
