In his first year at the University, he started Versatili, a literary group of students.

He represented Malta in Biennial of Young Artists (Rome, 2011) and is a co-editor of Sekwenzi ta’ Tluq (Inizjamed, 2010) and of Skariggi (Versatili u Edizzjoni Skarta, 2012). He is currently serving as the President of The Writers Club and is coordinating several courses of creative writing.

The Writers Club (TWC) is a local literary organisation which started off as a University-based organisation in November, 2009. The Writers Club brings together, guides, and supports young writers – both local and foreign, aged 16+ in a series of workshops, seminars, public readings, and writing festivals so that they may develop their creativity and writing skills and grow as writers.

‘All For One & One For All’ is an organisation which was founded with the principal idea of introducing a variety of cultural events for the common good of various groups and institutions that work with people in need.

In simple terms its members act as a unique chain to deliver the necessary help. Joyce Bonello, the founder of this blessed movement, felt the necessity to create such activities like a dinner meeting, a walk from Cirkewwa to Zejtun and a Halloween Party among others; all of them became huge successes and are still in popular demand. However, she thanks the efforts of Paul Busuttil and Ismay Gambin without whom this couldn’t have been possible.

Together they worked to unite a number of people that were keen enough to give their time and skills for philanthropic matters. Ghetiebi Mikula is another project entrusted to them.
