Lunchtime concerts performed by Kalypso Ensemble and organised by Din l-Art Helwa, are gaining popularity at Our Lady of Victory Church, Valletta’s oldest church. They provide a welcome break from the hussle and bussle of the City.

With the collaboration of Istituto italiano di Cultura, the next concert will be held this coming Friday, May the 3rd, at 12.15pm and will feature Giulia Tavano and Klara Nazaj, who, on violin, will perform music from Georg Philipp Telemann (1681 – 1767), Johann Sebastian Bach (1685 – 1750), Luigi Boccherini (1743 – 1805), Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756 – 1791, Ignaz Pleyel (1757 – 1831), Niccolò Paganini (1782 – 1840).

Bookings on 99637409 or at the door against a donation of € 8 – Children enter free of charge and Senior citizens and groups of over 15 persons are asked to contribute €5- in aid of the DLH restoration project for Victory church.
