The Gozo Philatelic Society will be issuing a monthly series, which will start this month, of personalised stamps showing all Malta’s Prime Ministers (since 1921 Self-Government).

These stamps are in honour of the four national anniversaries related to Malta’s constitutional development that occur during 2014: the 50th of Independence (1964), 40th of the Republic (1974), 35th of Freedom Day (1979) and 10th of EU accession (2004).

Subscriptions for the strictly restricted specially designed (Anthony Grech) stamped covers or mint stamps are now open.
