The Parliamentary Secretariat for Agriculture, Fisheries and Animal Rights announced publicly during the past few weeks that an independent customer satisfaction review regarding Centru San Frangisk at Ta’ Qali, would be launched.
The Secretariat responsible for Animal Rights, said that it is launching this independent survey precisely with the objective to review the quality and level of services offered by the Centru San Frangisk.
“Members of the general public are urged to express their opinion on the matter and confirm whether the quality of the service is according to required standards and indicate which areas require improvement.”
The result of this survey will back the Secretariat to have a better understanding of whether the criticism and complaints brought forward by the public are justified and to what extent.
The resulting conclusions will serve as guidelines to improve the operations of Centru San Frangisk and be more accessible to local animal lovers and NGOs.

I have used the hospital service several times and am delighted with the service. It would be a great pity if it stops operating. There is no other such sterling service available in Malta. My comment is based on several encounters with private veterinary services over the years.
