Fr. Charles Tabone, spiritual director of the Nazzareno Youth Group has for the 6th consecutive year organised to bring over a group of 25 youngsters to experience 4 days of voluntary work at Dar Arka, in Ghajnsielem, Gozo.

Their tasks at Dar Arka varied from maintenance work, cleaning, servicing of cars, work on air conditioning, etc…One major job was the white washing of all the rooms and corridors at the Arka Respite Centre. This really gave a facelift to the home.

Fr.Charles Tabone stated that all youths involved had a wonderful and unique experience, whereby they felt closer to God by helping a Foundation that cares for persons with disabilities.

All members of the group expressed their desire to return to Dar Arka at the earliest possible opportunity and encouraging other youths to have similar wonderful experience.

Fr.Emanuel Curmi, Director of Arka Foundation thanked the whole group for their sterling assistance valued at thousands of euros.
