The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Angelo Farrugia, this week received a courtesy visit from Fr. Anthony Zammit, the Gozitan missionary in Santa Rosa, Peru.

During the meeting they discussed the projects that Fr. Anthony Zammit is working on in Santa Rose in Peru, including the High School and Respite Centre for people with special needs.

The Speaker said that he recognises the work of Maltese missionaries located outside our shores and thanked Fr. Zammit for his “noble work and promised all the assistance that the Maltese Parliament could give to this missionary work.”
