Missing boulders from San Blas Bay recovered by Police

The Police have reported today that boulders, which were allegedly stolen from San Blas Bay, where they put aside until the completion of cleansing works, between August 21 and 22, 2013, were found during a search today.
“The robbery was reported on August 22, 2013, by those involved in the works, which consisted of the removal of seaweed. It was during this project that 29 boulders were put aside,” the Police said.
It was today, during an operation by the Gozitan Criminal Investigation Department, that they were found in a field just off the bay.
Further investigations are underway.
