‘Il-Weghda’ is the title of a story by Gaetano Mark Savery, adapted to stage by Silvio Catania and is being performed at the Teatru Govanni in Xewkija.

The play will feature Christabelle Curmi, Silvio Catania, Lorna Fiorini, Anthony Sapiano, Purdey Bartolo, Shanice Farrugia, Krissta Lis Dimech, as well as a group of residents from the Kordin Corrective Facility.

“Mark didn’t have an easy childhood! One mistake and it cost him dearly. Which is his main concern? Isabelle’s health problems, his daughter or his unemployment situation? What is he ready to give up for his daughter? What is Marija’s reaction after finding out Mark’s plans? How was Mark’s life in prison? What does his friend Lorry have to do with this? Does justice understand the accused?” The theatre said it is a production not to be missed.
