‘In Vino Veritas’ – A unique wine tasting and performance will be taking place in Gozo, presented by Ir-Rokna Tal-Kreattività ma’ Amina Contin and organised in collaboration with the Italian Culture Institute of Valletta and the Gozo Culture and Information Office.

Written, directed and performed by Amina Contin, an Italian cultural operator who moved to Gozo 4 years ago, with the participation of the Italian musician and singer Nino Marini and Eugene Bajada, as well as popular Gozitan musicians including among others Divine Sinners, who will take the role of the “Oste.”

The show is centred around the theme of wine and its many aspects … based upon the philosophical and intimate expressions that can be found in the poems and songs of famous Italian songwriters, and embracing also some traditional popular music.

‘In Vino Veritas’ is taking place at Vini & Capricci, Gozitano Agricultural Village, Mgarr Road, Xewkija, on Saturday, the 25th of January, starting at 8.00pm.

Wine and foods are being offered by Vini & Capricci at Abraham’s, the new concept outlet at Gozitano Complex, Xewkija.
