All six candidates have now been elected for the European Parliament, as the third day of the count comes to an end.

The Prime Minister, Dr Joseph Muscat, on twitter, congratulated the winning PL MEPs, and said “I also wish the best to PN MEPs Roberta Metsola David Casa and Comodini Cachia. Now let’s all work for Malta -JM.”

“Special mention to outgoing PL EP delegation leader Joe Cuschieri and Clint Camilleri, who had an outstanding performance. Gozo proud-JM.”

This is the first time in the European Parliament Elections, that the PN has won three seats. PN candidate David Casa, is the only one to have been elected in all of the three elections.
