A number of Gozitan individuals coming from different walks of life were interviewed from the 6th to the 8th August as part of the project ‘Haga u Tahdita: Dokumentarju dwar Stejjer u Oggetti Relatati mal-Gzira Ghawdxija’.

A salt producer, a costume designer, one of the female sacristans at Ta’ Pinu, seafarers, fishermen and a cave man, were among the people interviewed by Justin Galea and Mauro D’Amato.

The informal interviews were carried out as part of a documentary which will be screened in the autumn.

This event will also feature an exhibition of the objects donated by each of the individuals interviewed and which give insight on the interviewees’ lives.
