The Transport Ministry has said in a statement, that after the evaluation of entries submitted on the Expression of Interest for the operation of public transport, it emerged that the Spanish company, Autobuses Urbanos de Leon, submitted the best bid.
Therefore, the Government said, in the coming days, official negotiations will begin with this company.
