The tomato summer season for 2014 was closed by the Directors of Magro Brothers with a grand barbecue offered to all the staff and their families company, from Malta and Gozo.

The event took place at the Magro premises, beginning with a Mass. This was followed by the opening of various entertainment activities which included a bouncing castle, a children’s fun train, painting activities and this year’s special guest – a Spanish torro.

All guests, totalling over 300, were entertained to music, a lavish food buffet and drinks.

The social gathering ended with a grand raffle for all those present together with the cutting of the cake by John Magro and his wife Lynn, in celebration of the 80th anniversary of Three Hills Kunserva.
