The Parliamentary Secretary for Rights of Persons with Disability and Active Ageing Dr Justyne Caruana, has officially opened a new office in Gozo for the Commission for Persons with Disability, so that KNPD services can now also be offered in Gozo.

The Parliamentary Secretary said that this office is beneficial to Gozitan residents as it will be easier for them to get information related to this sector and services given as well as signing up for services for Persons with Disability.

Justyne Caruana said that it is crucial that every service given in Malta related to this sector is also offered to Gozitan residents.

The Parliamentary Secretary thanked the Commission for Persons with Disability, Oliver Scicluna, the Ministry for Education and Employment as represented by the head of the Sannat Primary School Ms. Pauline Grech, as well as Frank Buhagiar, who will be responsible for the management of this office.
