The Xaghra Local Council has advised that in favour of the residents’ well-being, it has again made the necessary arrangements with the Health Ministry so that persons aged 55 years and over can receive the flu vaccine free of charge, at its administrative offices.

Therefore, those who are interested in receiving this service must book at the Council’s offices by not later than 4.00pm on Friday the 10th of October 2014.

The Council said that since it has some deadlines to meet regarding this service, requests made after this date will not be processed.

Booking can also be made through telephone on 21 563737 during normal office hours from Monday, the 29th of September till Friday, the 10th of October at 4.00pm.
