The launch of Gozo Work Trial Scheme For Youths has been welcomed by the Gozo Youth Council.

In a statement, the GYC said that it believes that such scheme will give the opportunity to Gozitan Youths to gain experience in the field they aspire to.

The Council said that it also appreciates the fact that students also have the option to work with NGOs.

It added that “the work of NGOs is vital for the Gozitan economy and it will give youths a non-formal experience through which specific skills are learnt.”
