Louis Debattista, of the Gozo-Greyhound Sports Club, which is based in Qala, has organised 2 hikes, to take place this coming Sunday, and another one for children and on Tuesday.

The hikes are for everyone to join…. not just those from Qala, Louis said. “It costs nothing to join us on the hikes, and they help you stay active and healthy before the cold weather comes!”

Sunday’s walk leaves at 2.00pm from the Qala Local Council and will go to Nadur. Tuesday’s walk for youngsters, leaves from close to the Saint Joseph Home at Ghajnsielem at 9.00am. Other details and information for contact are as the above poster.

The Gozo Greyhounds Athletic Club is an NGO run by volunteers, with parents making up the committee. The young members of the club in Qala meet regularly to train in running and cycling with Louis Debattista.
