The Ministry for Gozo is launching a financial assistance scheme to local non-governmental organisations (NGOs).
The Ministry said that the main objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to NGOs in Gozo so that they can continue their efforts towards strengthening the social fabric of the island.
This call for applications is open to associations and organisations that are members of the Gozo. NGOs Association.
Applications should be addressed to the Director of Corporate Services and arrive at the Ministry for Gozo, St Francis Square, Victoria, Gozo by not later than 4:00 pm of Friday, the 13th of February 2015. A receipt will be given for each application.
More details on this call for applications and the application form can be obtained from the Ministry for Gozo or at the NGOs Centre in Xewkija.
The only requirement is that the NGOs consistently “commend” every decision and announcement that the ministry makes, and look for opportunities to praise government policies and the minister.
