Gozo College Kercem Primary organised an educational activity with a difference for Yr3 and Yr4 students, by transforming it into a Fund-Raising activity for Puttinu Cares.

The the activity was supported by a booklet which had literacy and matemathical concepts related to the topic.

During the event, the Gozo Principal Mr Galea and Mr Sciberras, EO Gozo, paid a visit during the hectic event.

These two classes, with the cooperation of staff and volunteers, made home-made strawberry jam and sold more than 300 jars.The fantastic sum of €1000 was raised and donated to Dr Joe Mifsud, who represented Puttinu Cares.
