The Foundation for Educational Services has announced that Klabb 3-16 Centres will be opened at the Gozo College Victoria and Xaghra Primary Schools.

Klabb 3-16 is an after-school care service for children between the ages of 3 and 16 attending State, Church and Independent schools.

The service will run from Monday to Friday, during the scholastic year. There is a planned programme of activities, where children do their homework and take part in educational fun activities.

The service is going to be run by a team of professional staff, including teachers and play workers.

Programme

2:30-3:00 – Break/snack

3:00-4:30 – Crafts, homework, storytelling, cooking, free drawing, drama, music and lots more.

4:30-5:30 – Sports, exercises and games

Students will be helped with their homework in the following subjects:

English

Maltese

Maths

Science

Drama and music activities will add to the fun and excitement.

Sports activities include:

Volleyball,

Basketball

Football

Relay

Treasure hunt

Exercises

Walking

Jogging
