The book launch of 'The Rotunda – A Testament To Faith, Courage, And Love, ' is being held this Saturday in Gozo.
The book's author, Ted M. Mizzi, said that, "The Rotunda is a faithful testimony of the history, the evolution and the remarkable construction of this magnificent Roman Catholic church that dominates the skyline of our island."
It contains over 100 photos, many of them taken by professional photographer Max Xuereb. Some of them are being published for the first time. Ted M.Mizzi writes the book with a foreword by Godfrey Baldacchino, Professor of Sociology.
The book launch is scheduled for this Saturday, the 28th of November, starting at 6.30pm at the University of Malta, Gozo Campus in Xewkija. All are warmly welcome to attend.
Progress Press publishes the book and sells for €14. All proceeds from the sale of the book will go towards the maintenance of the "glorious Rotunda church."
The evening is proudly sponsored by "Caravaggio," wines of Marsovin.
