As part of the second Malta International Organ Festival, the Sannat Local.Council has organised the Sannat Organ Festival. which is currently underway, and is the first activity this Christmas that has been organised by a local council through the Cultural Activities Fund.

This was stated by the Parliamentary Secretary for Local Government Stefan Buontempo, during a visit to the Sannat Local Council in Gozo. He congratulated the Council for this initiative.

He noted how every town and village in Gozo and Malta, have organs in their churches, some of them very old. "In addition, our country is endowed with a good number of organists, some of them world-class," said the Parliamentary Secretary.
