Mhux Hawn: A live crib with a difference in Xaghra this Christmas

As part of the numerous activities organised in the village of Xaghra, Gozo during the Christmas period, this year the Community of the Church of St. Anthony the Abbot will be presenting a live crib titled `Mhux Hawn' (He's Not Here).
This installation, with the participation of numerous adult and child actors, will take the visitor in a journey through biblical times. Moreover, this work plans to take the visitor through an inner voyage to help one find the true message of Christmas.
The live crib `Mhux Hawn' will be held next to the Church of St. Anthony the Abbot in Xaghra on these dates: the 20th, 25th, 27th December and on New Year's Day from 2pm till 9pm, and on the 26th of December between 6pm and 9pm.
Entrance is free of charge.
The live crib `Mhux Hawn' is being organised in collaboration with the Ministry for Gozo, Milied f'Ghawdex and Ghaqda il-Milied fix-Xaghra.
The Church of St.Anthony the Abbot is the oldest Church in Xaghra, and was the original parish Church on the installation of the parish of Xaghra in 1688.
The Community of St. Anthony the Abbot is made up of approximately 200 persons who are active in the pastoral and cultural activities organised by this Church, namely the Feast of St Anthony the Abbot with the traditional blessing of animals which takes place each January.
