The San Lawrenz Local Council has said today that it is concerned about the present situation of St. Lawrence street and Fungus Rock Street, the main roads leading to Dwejra.

"The present Local Council's administration has been asking to the competent authorities for the completion of these streets since it's first meeting."

The Council said that it "hopes that the second phase of this street will be given priority, as in its present state it is causing danger to drivers as well to pedestrians."
