The Ministry for Education and Employment has advised that persons who intend to offer an Educational Programme in the form of a Summer School/Club and do not have a Licence for a school should apply to register their Summer School/Club as an Educational Establishment with the Directorate for Quality and Standards in Education as stipulated by legislation. The registration will be valid for Summer 2016.

For registration, an establishment needs to provide an informal educational programme which does not lead to formal certification consisting of creative, cultural, recreational and sports activities for children aged between 3 and 16 years for the period between June and September.

Registration forms are to be submitted by hand at Room 327, Directorate for Quality and Standards in Education, Ministry for Education by not later than Monday, the 2nd of May 2016.
