Rio Goes West – The Spring Carnival of Gozo, is taking place in Gharb, next Saturday, the 2nd of April, organised by the Gharb Local Council.

The programme includes Gozitan and Maltese Carnival dancing groups performing a spectacle of dancing and singing.

The entertainment is taking place in the village square and gets underway from 5.00pm onwards

Groups to perform will include among others: The Carnival Company Stephania Gellel and Puttilu, Hypnotic Dancers, Maria Abdilla Children's Choir,The Adonelle Dancers, The Carnival Company Cutie Cute Dancers, The Dancing Angels. Evolution Dance Company, Freestyle Dancers, Iconic Dancers, Pippa Gee Dancers, Pop Dance Studio, The Valentine Dancers, Aqua Blue Dancers and many more…..

This event is aimed at all the family to enjoy and everyone is welcome to go along and join in the fun.
