The price of a 12kg gas cylinders will go down in price by 50c tomorrow to €14.50. The Office of the Prime Minister, in a statement this evening said that this discount will remain stable for the next several months. Adding that consumers will be paying the cheapest gas prices seen over the last five years.

The Government, it said, has over the last three years worked towards achieving stability for gas prices.

"The Government is working so that Maltese and Gozitan families and businesses continue to benefit from the price stability policy, therefore not experiencing monthly price changes, as they had done with the previous administration."
