A 75-year-old woman was grievously injured after she was hit by a car in Pjazza tad-Dehra, Ghajnsielem, at about 4.30pm this afternoon.
The woman, who is from Ghajnsielem, was hit by a Volkswagen Golf, driven by a 27-year-old man from Nadur.
She was taken to the Gozo General Hospital for medical treatment.
Police investigations are ongoing.
