Police have advised that a 64-year old German woman died this afternoon, after finding herself in difficulty while diving at tal- Fessej Bay, on the outskirts of Ghajnsielem, Gozo.
Gozo Police were called to the area at around 2.30pm. The woman was brought ashore, but unfortunately she was certified dead at the scene.
A Magisterial Inquiry was appointed while Police investigation is still on going.
