The closing session of the Ghaqal id-Dar course, held over the past weeks across Gozo, was attended by the Minister for Gozo Dr Justyne Caruana.

Ghaqal id-Dar is a free community course for adults which aims to heighten awareness about the need to organise and plan normal, everyday family life.

It also helps them to make better use of their resources in order to improve their and their family’s quality of life, the organisers said.

Dr Caruana said that the course is “combating poverty and social exclusion through knowledge and information.”

She congratulated everyone involved in the course and presented certificates to all those that attended.
