On Saturday, the 24th of January 2009 the Friends of Australia Association – Gozo Branch will be celebrating Australia Day for the third consecutive year in Gozo.
A buffet-lunch will be held under the auspices of the Australian High Commissioner HE Jurek & Mrs Juszczyk at the Xerri il-Bukkett Restaurant, Qala, Gozo and commences at noon.
F.O.A.A.G. is a branch of the Friends of Australia Association of Malta (F.O.A.A.) and was established by the founding-president Dr Raymond C. Xerri who is an expert in migration studies who established a number of similar organisations locally and internationally.
