Mnarja Band in Concert – is the November annual symphonic concert with the Mnarja Philharmonic Band in Nadur.
Organised by the Mnarja Philharmonic Society in collaboration with the Nadur Local Council, the concert is being held to mark the feast of San Koronato in Nadur, Gozo.
The repertoire for the concert will include, Eye of the Tiger, Captain America March, Saragossa Band, Smokie Greatest Hits, Planes, The Magic of Mozart, The Nut Rocker and Country Road.
The Mnarja Band will be under the direction of its musical director Mro Joseph Grech.
“This year’s concert, as in previous years, promises to offer patrons an enjoyable evening,” the Society said.
Mnarja Band in Concert will be performed at the MBC Theatre, Mnarja Band Club, Nadur, on Saturday, the 10th of November, starting at 8pm.
The general public is invited to attend and entrance is free of charge. A reception will follow.
