The Gozo Live/Gozo College Writing Participation closed in November with a record 268 entries being received.

The organisers said that an event to celebrate this and to hand out awards, will be held at the Gozo College Middle School in Victoria.

All entrants, their parents and teachers are invited to attend on Thursday, the 17th of January, starting at 5pm.

Selected entries have been printed in a book, and the organisers said that each student who entered will receive a copy plus a certificate of achievement, as well as the return of their entry with a comment from the judges.
