On the occasion of the 60th Anniversary from the founding of the Malta Cultural Institute, MaltaPost has announced that a special hand postmark – Malta Cultural Institute – Hotel Phoenicia Floriana – Malta – 15th February 2009, will be used during the Institute’s celebration concert on the same date at the Hotel Phoenicia in Floriana.
The special hand postmark will be available on philatelic material appositely produced to remember this event.
