Nadur Customs, Art and Culture – has been inaugurated by the Minister for Gozo Dr Justyne Caruana.

The setting for this exhibition is Dar Dun Frangisk Grima, Triq it-Tigrija – a rustic townhouse in the heart of one of Gozo’s main villages – Nadur.

A unique collection of artefacts, tools, and instruments that were of everyday use in the past, are all on display.

Also exhibited for the first time, is a unique collection of musical instruments, many of them handmade, as well as work on display by a group of local artists.

Visitors can also see the underground shelter that was used by residents during World War II.

This exhibition is being organised by the Nadur Crib Association, a local not for profit voluntary organisation that works for the promotion and preservation of the traditional Maltese crib. Visits are by donation.

There will also be local products and plants for sale.

For those using public transport, you can take bus number 322 from Mgarr to Marsalforn, and stop at ‘Madonna,’ Racecourse Street, Nadur.
