In collaboration with the Ministry for Gozo – Il-Hjata – the Spring/Summer 2019 Haute Couture Collection by VickyAnn Xuereb, will be on display at the Banca Giuratale, Independence Square, Victoria.

The theme of the collection compliments the French Riviera Fashion in the 1930s and 1940s, when fashionista women started wearing comfortable, yet chic and elegant attire, especially the renowned wide legged trousers for socialising and other leisure pursuits.

The opening of Il-Hjata will take place on the Monday, the 2nd of September, with the Minister for Gozo Dr Justyne Caruana.

The Exhibition will be open from the 3rd to the 8th of September. All donations and proceeds from the sale of any garments will be donated to Dar Guzeppa Debono.

During a ceremony in July VickyAnn Xuereb, together with the Minister for Gozo Justyne Caruana, presented the sum of €700 to Maria Attard, Director of Dar Guzeppa Debono.

The money was raised from the sales of VickyAnn’s Spring/Summer 2019 Haute Couture Collection, presented in the – Feminine Allure – fashion show, as part of the Gozo Alive programme of events last May.
